  1. Device data: Computer Internet Protocol (IP) address, unique device identifier (UDID), cookies and other data linked to a device, and data about usage of our website (Usage Data)
  2. Customer Data and Transaction Data: name, address, contact Number, email Address used for creation of Bill of Lading
  3. Vendor Data: business name, address, email address, contact number, contact person needed for price negotiations, request for quotations, purchase orders, accounts receivable and payable.
  4. Compliance data: Identification documents for Dangerous goods cargo such as Dangerous Goods permit and Material safety data sheet. 
  5. Job applicant data: Data provided by job applicants or others on our website or offline means in connection with employment opportunities, which also may be subject to an additional relevant local recruitment privacy policy. These details are applicant name, email address, contact number, resume.

 

We may combine this information with other data we receive from you or other sources. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.   2. Vendor Data is needed for price negotiations, request for quotations, purchase orders, accounts receivable and payable, among other reasons.
  3. Compliance Data is needed as part of regulatory requirements when the Cargo is tagged as Dangerous goods, among other reasons.
  4. Job Applicant Data as part of the Employment Application process to identify the applicant and review the credentials, , among other reasons.

Data Retention and Disposal

 

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our shipping and logistics services, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services, among other purposes and reasons. 


If you no longer wish to use our services or want us to delete your personal information, please contact us using the information provided in this policy. We will take reasonable steps to delete your personal information in a timely manner, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.

        3. Right to dispute

You have the right to dispute the inaccuracy or error in the personal information in writing and have the PIC correct it immediately and accordingly, unless the request is vexatious or otherwise unreasonable. 

 

If the personal information have been corrected, the PIC shall ensure access to both the new and the retracted information and the simultaneous receipt of the new and the retracted information by recipients thereof: Provided, That the third parties who have previously received such processed personal information shall be informed of its inaccuracy and its rectification upon your reasonable written request.

  1. Right to Recall

You have the right to suspend, withdraw or order the blocking, removal or destruction of your personal information from the PIC’s filing system upon discovery and substantial proof that the personal information are incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, used for unauthorized purposes or are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. 

 

In this case, the PIC may notify third parties who have previously received such processed personal information upon your written request.

 

       2. Right to be indemnified

You have the right to be indemnified for any proven damages sustained due to such inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or unauthorized use of personal information.

 

       3. Right to Data Portability

You have the right, where personal information is processed by electronic means and in a structured and commonly used format, to obtain from the PIC, a copy of data undergoing processing in an electronic or structured format, which is commonly and allows for your further use, subject to the electronic format, technical standards, modalities and procedures for transfer, mandated by the NPC.
